You can apply several filters at once, and they combine (a task must match all of them to show).
- Search. Type in the search box to match task titles, contact names, and project names as you type.
- Important only. Show only tasks marked important.
- Recently updated. Show your most recently updated tasks.
- Intensive. Show only intense tasks.
- Blocked. Show only tasks that are currently blocked (a blocker that is done or cancelled no longer counts). It is a lock-icon toggle, in the filter bar on desktop and in the top bar on mobile.
- Project visibility. Show or hide each project from the project filter bar. There is also "All projects" and "No project" (for tasks without one).
- Contact filter. Narrow the timeline to a single contact, usually by clicking through from the contacts page. It shows as a chip with an X to remove it.
- Voice filter. Speak a filter ("show me overdue tasks," "what's important and intense," "tasks with Mike") and Maptero builds it for you. It appears as a chip with a short label; hover for the full description.
- Reset. A reset button (it turns red when any filter is active) clears every filter at once.
Voice filters can combine type, status, effort, contacts, importance, blocker state, deadline window, project, and free-text search. If you simply ask for "important tasks," Maptero recognizes that this is the same as the Important toggle and uses it rather than adding a separate chip.
On mobile, the top bar carries the Important, Intensive, Recently-updated, and Blocked toggles plus search, while the funnel icon opens the filter sheet with the project toggles (each showing how many open tasks it has).
